Fortnite: Nightmares 2024 is here, packed with surprises, including a thrilling puzzle that will keep players engaged. The Fortnite: Nightmares Twitch Extension is now live, allowing viewers to collect puzzle pieces during Twitch streams. By assembling all the pieces, players unlock the exclusive “The Carver’s Challenge” Loading Screen in Fortnite.
How to Participate and Collect Pieces
To join, watch streams from content creators who have enabled the Twitch extension. Puzzle pieces will randomly appear on the screen during the broadcast, and players must click on them quickly before they disappear. These pieces are tracked in the “Collection” tab of the extension, and once you complete the puzzle, the loading screen reward will be sent directly to your linked Epic account.
Make sure your Twitch and Epic accounts are linked to receive the reward, and note that it may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
Leaderboards
Beyond completing the puzzle, the extension also features a competitive edge with a Leaderboard that tracks the number of pieces collected. There are two categories: the Channel Leaderboard, displaying the top players in the current stream, and the Global Leaderboard, showcasing the top players across all participating channels.
Pumpkin Attacks
A fun addition to the extension is the ability to launch “Pumpkin Attacks.” When a channel’s community collects a certain number of pieces, the creator can send animated pumpkins to invade another channel. The targeted community can defend against the attack by quickly clicking the <3 emote in the chat.
